A short version of the long story

I'm an Engineering Manager with a strong foundation in Site Reliability and DevOps, currently leading a globally distributed team across the US, Canada, and India at a u.s. fintech saas platform — a U.S.-based fintech platform serving Credit Unions and Community Banks with mission-critical availability and compliance requirements.

Over 7+ years of progressive experience spanning infrastructure automation, Kubernetes management, cloud architecture (AWS, GCP), database administration, and Python / Golang development. I'm a Certified Kubernetes Administrator and Certified DevSecOps Professional, with hands-on expertise in building and scaling high-performing teams, establishing SLO-driven reliability practices, implementing disaster recovery frameworks, and driving operational maturity through automation and observability.

I've run production on-call operations and incident management across follow-the-sun rotations, partnered with product engineering on cross-functional initiatives, and integrated teams and platforms inherited from M&A activity. Prior to the current role, I spent three years at QBurst across multiple client projects — including an onsite engagement with Mercedes-Benz R&D India as a DevOps / Database expert on their Virtual Key Service platform.
